During the course, we focus on both technique and expression. You will learn to understand and interpret the music with your whole body while training body control, balance, and flow in your movements.

What is Bachata Ladies Styling?

Bachata ladies styling is a solo format within bachata where the focus is on expressing yourself through movement. It is a combination of technique, musicality, and personal interpretation – where each dancer can create their own style.

The style is based on traditional, sensual, and fusion bachata and is used both in partner dancing and in individual performances. A bachata ladies styling course gives you the opportunity to practice the details, understand the music, and develop a strong and confident expression.
