Bachata & Bachazouk

Originally from Lithuania, Gabby began her dance journey in 2022. While her roots started in Kizomba, she quickly discovered her passion for Bachata and has since expanded her movement vocabulary by immersing herself in Zouk. Her growth has been fueled by an intense dedication to the international scene, gaining her knowledge through countless hours of social dancing in festivals across Europe.

Gabby is a certified Bachata Dominicana instructor and has become a respected figure on the European competition circuit. Often recognized for her consistency in reaching the finals of Jack & Jill competitions across the continent, she has earned a reputation for being a versatile and highly adaptable partner. At the start of 2025, she officially transitioned into teaching to share her technical insights with the community.

Her philosophy mirrors a commitment to quality over quantity. Gabby focuses on providing a deep understanding of the ”why” and ”how” behind every movement, with a particular emphasis on playfulness, musicality, and flow. She believes that dance is as much about the feeling as it is about the technique.

Together with her partner Sergio, Gabby is thrilled to bring the cutting-edge Bachazouk style to Stockholm. Their mission is to build a strong local community by introducing the style that is currently taking the European dance scene by storm, helping every student become a more conscious and skilled dancer.
